Again a trip also in 2018 worthwhile
For the 4th time I was in Greece in October. This time together with my girlfriend “Yvi”. I would like to report about our nudist week here

By Eurowings we flew this time directly from Düsseldorf to the Greek island Zakynthos.
After 2.5 hours flight time one is already there. In no time I had my suitcase, my jeep was already ready at the airport.
This time I had chosen another place to stay. So far I was always in Laganas and there in a hotel. This time I was further north, near Trangaki. I had rented a house. The friendly owner was already waiting for us and showed us her house, which was only a few months old. OK, the house was promoted as a “villa with pool” It was more like an attached terraced house. The equipment was great, the pool was rather something for the optics. While selecting the house I had not noticed that always only the great pool and the rooms were shown, but never an outside view. All around there were other houses with a view to our pool, the landlady lived next door. “FKK am Pool” did not take place then rather.
With my Jeep I was mobile the whole week over, that must be also in such a way. Without a car you just can’t get to the best places on the island.
I didn’t like the beaches on the side where I spent this week. It may also be that I did not find the right places there. So every day I went back to the peninsula Vasilikos, either to the Dafni Beach or to the Gerkas Beach. Since the whole island is not very big, it was not really far. After 20 minutes I was at the beach. The Dafni Beach is still my favourite place.
For one day I had rented a big Quad.
You only pay 40 Euro / day for it here. Of course I would have gone everywhere with the Quad every day. The driving with such a vehicle on the island is however not so completely without.
Anyway, the traffic here is very adventurous. I always put on my helmet well-behaved, although most of the drivers were on the road without it. To drive to the Dafni Beach with the Quad is of course double fun. The Quad masters the steep country lanes and narrow curves bravorös. In addition, it makes also mood to ride topless with the Quad. That’s no problem on Zakynthos.
Every evening I was in a different tavern for dinner.
Sometimes I sat directly at the sea, sometimes at a busy street. Everywhere one can go to eat good and inexpensive. The choice of food is similar in all restaurants. I really like the Greek cuisine. The prices are below other holiday resorts, e.g. Spain, France anyway.
With the weather I had again much luck. In October it can rain already sometimes.
With me it was consistently 23 – 25 degrees warm, but in the evening you needed a jacket. In summer it gets very hot and very crowded on Zakynthos. Therefore I prefer to go there in May or October.
I almost always spent my beach days with my friend “Dionysos” at Dafni Beach.
He lives almost like Robinson Cruso on his beach. Dionysos is always hospitable. It’s grilled, you drink ouzo together…… and you’re naked on your beach. One reaches Dionysos at the Dafni Beach. If one looks to the sea, turn completely to the left.
Finally, I would like to recommend my owner to you.
My house with pool was not so expensive. I did not pay more than in a good hotel.
